HIT & RUN
INCIDENT!! |

On Thursday March 27,
2008, one of our firefighters and his wife, pregnant at
34 weeks, were victims of a hit & run vehicle incident.
ANY INFORMATION WOULD GREATLY HELP PROSECUTION IN THIS
CASE!!!!!

These are the
facts we currently have: |
|
|
- Time of Incident: Between 12:00
noon & 1:00 PM
- Location of Incident: Woodland
Lake Rd & Sandy Dr
- Vehicle which left the scene:
Pickup Truck style vehicle, towing a trailer.
- Color of the assailants vehicle:
Grey with a stripe on the side
- Purpose of the assailants vehicle:
Witnesses of the accident state the vehicle was a
tire delivery truck, commonly seen in the area.
- The victims 2008 Avenger flipped twice and was
totaled.
- The car came to rest on the drivers side,
causing the pregnant passenger to hang in the
air by her seatbelt.

Condition of our firefighter & his wife: |

|
- Our firefighter has back, shoulder and neck pain
- His wife was moved from the emergency room to
Labor & Delivery
- She is in great pain from the accident,
mainly in her lower back & stomach
- Her contractions are getting stronger and
medical personnel are watching her closely
- Medical personnel are hoping to avoid labor
for at least three more weeks to allow the baby
to develop fully.
